Bacterial extracellular heteropolysaccharides.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with cultivation conditions for submerged production of extracellular bacterial heteropolysaccharides. There is also a short outline of a possible approach to problems ensuing from changeable rheological properties of the non-Newton medium, which are given by the forming polysaccharide and which substantially influence the transport processes in the fermentor.
