Brewing in Barma.Peer-reviewed article

The equipment for the brewery Mandalayin Barma was supplied by foreign trade union of Technoexport. This equipment resulted in the twice increased beer production in Barma (i. e. about 7000 m³annually). The apparatures were constructed in Works of Victorious February in Hradec Králové. The following apparatures were supplied; the equipments for fermenting cellar, stock cellar, washing and keg racking, pure yeast culture plant, plate filtration, refrigeration, carbon dioxide collection and laboratory equipment.
