This part of the article describing special characteristics of beer production in theUnited States of Americais focused on the fermentation of concentrated worts, on the fermentation and maturing in one vessels, on the afterfermentation processes and on high gravity brewing. A special attention is devoted to the characteristics of the production of "light beer".
