Homogeous preparations of extracellular alpha-amylases from cultural medium of P, R and S morphological forms of Bacillus subtilis R-623 were isolated by affinity precipitation followed by gel filtration and isoelectrical focusing. Some physico-chemical, immunochemical and catalytical properties of isolated a-amylases were studied. They have identical molecular weights, isoelectrical points and aminoacid compositions, yet are only morphological forms Bacillus subtilis R-623 are slightly different on theirs catalytical properties.(In Czech, English summary only)
