Modern procedures of hop moiling. IV. Technical parameters of continuous boiler.Peer-reviewed article

Evaulating the measurement of hop boiling in a continuous boiler, specific energy consumption of 134,2 MJ . m-3 was found. This value forms about 33,3 % of specific energy consumption needed for hop boiling in classical boilers. The whole mean value of evaporated water was 8,6 %. The time of operation of the boiler was utilized to 82 %.
