Microbial proteins - Review. I. production in Czechoslovakia.Peer-reviewed article

A list of establishments producing microbial proteins from waste liquors from citric acid production, molasses, molasses slops, synthetic ethanol and sulphite liquors is made. Further, the most modern concern for SCP production from Mg-bisulphite liquors in described. Further development of the SCP production is discussed with respect to the availability and cost of rawmaterials.
