12 % beer Světovar was stabilized by filtration on Czechoslovak filter using polyphenols adsorbents Polyclar AT and Czechoslovak preparate Amidap. Also the adsorbent Köstrosorb for nitrogen compounds was used. The results revealed that using polyphenols adsorbents the higher efficiency and lower costs can be achieved. The advantages of polyphenols adsorbents are the fast recovery of investment costs and the saving of exchange using the domestic preparate Amidap. The function of the filter HFN200 STwas verified on the plant scale and beers that were stabilized with both preparates tested were in accordance with th Czechoslovak Standard No. 56 6635.
