Determination of glucoamylase activity using the tablet S-Test Glucoamylase.Peer-reviewed article

The tablet S-test Glucoamylase was routinely used for the determination of glucoamylase activity in the enzyme preparate Brew-N-Zyme L-300. As the comparative methods the glucose determination after enzyme hydrolysis of soluble starch using Bio-la-test and the methods with 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid were used. For the glucoamylase activity of 9,08 mkat.l^-1 the value of a variation coefficient was v_k = 3,6 %.
