Beer pasteurization and present methods for its monitoring.Peer-reviewed article

Basic relations are introduced for description of the pasteurization effect together electronical pasteurization monitor development's description, featured by simple operation, temperature substraction interval 30 s., integration of measured units and a possibility of data transfer by means of a serial interface onto PC for further processing.
