In the branch of analysis of senzoric active substances the preference is given to the noninvasive procedures of preconcentration of analytical compounds inhibiting losses and decomposition. In the article the attention is given to the determination of carbonyl substances using Purge and Trap Injector (PTI) and its modification Thermal Desorption Cold Trap Injector (TCT). On the basis of literature survey we choose 16 indicators staling beer for testing of PTI and TCT injectors. Basic types of capilary columns were tested with objective to determine maximal spectrum of substances, ev. groups of a such substances.Even though the sensitivity of TCT analysis gives better results than PTI, it is not possible to consider the results as satisfactory ones. Using non-specifíc type of detector, as a flame-ionising detector (FID) together with TCT resp. PTI, namely due to high order`s difference of determined substances, and consequently relative complicated chromatographs, is not to be recommended.
