The number of breweries facing problems with beer haze has been growing in the last days, even though two-stage filtration of beer is used. This problem is not usually cleared even when increasing kieselguhr or PVPP doses. It may be found interesting; that the results of the forced test have not changed the number of periods has not changed with it. The authors studied possible causes of this phenomenon and give tips what the brew producers can do in this situation. The number of breweries facing problems with beer haze has been growing in the last days, even though two-stage filtration of beer is used.
