The new standard CSN 56 6610 Malt, which was printed in September 2009 replaced the standard Brewery malt from August 1992. The new standard is supplemented by related laws and standards. The standard has been greatly simplified, clearer and supplemented with new crops, which in recent years Malting evaluated and applied in the food industry. Quality indicators have been extended to extract the fine grinding of dry matter and extract the rough milling in the dry. Newly standard was included in the section on the evaluation of pilsner malt for the production of the "Czech beer".The new standard CSN 56 6610 Malt, which was printed in September 2009 replaced the standard Brewery malt from August 1992.
