Technical and technological parameters from operational experiments of fermenters 800 m3are described. The results proved that the conception of more mixing devices with direct drive of impellers in the fermenter is suitable for condition of SCP production from sulphite liquors in the plant Paskov. The values of production, specific consumptions of energy as well as the ability to keep the continuous culture of yeasts Candida utilis without significant changes in metabolism, cell morphology etc. are a guarantee for an achievement of the planned annual capacity of 24 000 t and economy of this production in the plant Paskov.(In...

Fluidized-bed reactors with immobilized enzymes or cells, types of beds utilized for an immobilization, application of these reactors for waste water treatment and gas fluidized bed reactors are described: fixed bed acetifier, tricking filter anaerobic filter, anaerobic stationary fixed-film reactor, fixed-bed column with immobilized enzymes or cells, rectangular film reactor and horizontal flow channel reactor.
