Phenolic substances in barley.Peer-reviewed article

Taking as a base reports published abroad in literature the author has developed a new method for the determination of derivatives of benzoic and cinnamic acids in barley. The method permits to study the metabolism of the mentioned compounds in the final stages of the barley vegetative cycle, expecially their concentration in corns. The participation of phenolic substances in non - biological turbidity of beer can be also reliably assessed by panlying the discussed method.Taking as a base reports published abroad in literature the author has developed a new method for the determination of derivatives of benzoic and cinnamic acids in barley.
