Evaluating Drinking Quality of Beer.Peer-reviewed article

Beer as  a low-alcoholic beverage has two different functions. It supplies human organism with necessary amount of water and - being very popular in all classes of population - plays also a certain role in the social life. Its drinking quality cannot be evaluated correctly by accepting as a criterion only its popularity, because other aspects are important too. The author has elaborated and applied with satisfactory results an evaluating method based on sensorial effects rasulting from the consumption of a limited amount of beer.
