Technologic evaluation of the Zweigeltrebe vine variety.Peer-reviewed article

The author evaluates physical and chemical properties of grapes of the Zweigeltrebe vine variety. Samples taken in1979 insix different South Moravian districts have been analyzed and their results confirm high quality of grapes. The variety can be recommended for growing inCzechoslovakiaas an addition to already established dark-skinned sorts. Wine produced from grapes is outstanding for its high extraction residue this being one of the typical properties of quality wine.
