The term of pasteurization unit for a pasteurization of beverage is described. The time necessary for the pasteurization can be calculated on base of the number of microorganisms and their temperature resistance (the values of D, z). Several calculation procedures of the pasteurization efficiency are compared for the given course of the temperature.
