Polarographic determination of free sulphur dioxide in wines.Peer-reviewed article

The polarographic method for the determination of the free sulphur dioxide content in wines was developed. The method is quick, correct, enables to make a record and is suitable for the inspection of the free sulphur dioxide level both in white and red wines.
