The article discusses the well known experience that the beer consumption depends largely on weather conditions. Having explained the physiological conditions effecting the physiological conditions effecting the beer consumption and after classification of consumption districts the author presents the determining factors in the form of mathematical formulae applying on them the correlation laws. The analysed factors effect the consumption rate very substantially and mathematical relation is very clear. The variations of consumption rate are extremely great and are by 86% due to the temperature and by 83% to the air humidity. In the concluding part of his article the author introduces the beer consumption coefficient reflecting the changes through the year in their relation to weather. The coefficient permits to evaluate the fulfilling of output plans. Long-term plans could be worked out more reliably, since they could be based on meteorologic forecasts.
