Application of additives based on trace elements in yeast fermenting technology.Peer-reviewed article

The article dealst with the results of long-duration experiments with the application of two additives, viz. STOPYNAL and MEB-49, based on trace elements, in yeast fermenting technology. The results confirm a positive effect of the mentioned preparations upon the yeast quality. The proportion of additives should be kept within the 1:5000 - 1:7000 limits. No effect upon the yield of yeast has been till now ascertained.
