The article presents results of stabilization with plates Stabil-S with anchored active substance for tanoide adsorption. In beers made from malt, the results provide prediction of colloidal stability of about one year, if the beers were in advance treated with stabilizing precipitating agent, the limit increases by other two to four months, with pre-treatment with coagulation and enzymatic preparation, the limit of predicted colloidal stability moves to two years. In beers made form malts, the results provide colloidal stability prediction of about one year, if the beers were pre-treated with stabilization coagulation preparation, the limit increases by other two to four months, preliminary treatment with precipitating and enzymatic preparation moves the limit of the predicted colloidal stability to two years. In beers which experienced transport from production plants with shelf-life 30 days, filtration with plates Stabil-S increases colloidal stability by 130 to 300 days, based on the beer type. The efficiency depends on the original composition and beer technological production process. In palateful beers and less fermented beers, the effect of filtration with plates Stabil-S on organoleptic properties must be always strictly considered. Filtration would be appropriate particularly if a production plant decides to stabilize only after beer dispatching when treatment during brewing is not possible. The method of filtration and regeneration of plates Stabil-S and basic factors of labor intensity of different stabilization methods are described.
