Application of turbidimeter SLP 3 in beer filtration.Peer-reviewed article

The turbidimeter SLP 3 developed byInstituteofBiotechnology,AcademyofSciences GDRand manufactured by VEB Exzellsior Werk Leipzig is described. The apparatus was used for a detection of clarity of filtrated beer by the kieselguhr filter HFN Destila. The results were compared with those obtained by the turbidimeter Sigrist (Switzerland). The correlation and good reproducibility resultred from the evaluation of the results.
