Concepcion of brewing houses from ZVU in Hradec Králové.Peer-reviewed article

The production programme regarding to brewing houses of ZVU Hradec Králové is escribed. An analysis and a description of the equipments for mashing, clarifying, wort brewing (NDKsystem, built-in boiler), transport of young beer, refrigeration and spent grains treatment are made. The controlled systems of brewing houses and proposals for improvements of older equipments are mentioned, too.
