Measures destined for energy saving and its recovery are almost always linked either with changes of technological processes during beer production or new investments costs. A survey of possibilities is given with respect to energy saving during wort boiling as well as some restrictions resulting from various constructions of a copper, technological principals and physical law. Possibilities of the external and internal wort boiler vapour utilization and advantages of their comprimation are discussed. Mentioned is also a block power station and production of own electrical current.
