he method has been developed, which enables within one extractive step the determination both polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls in beer. The procedure involves the description of beer ample extraction into nonpolar solvent with solving of problems of very stabile emulsion and high of obtained extract. Further there are reported chromatographic conditions for analysis of nine PAH (benzo(a)antracene, benzo(b)flouranthene, benzo(k)flouranthene, chrysene, dibenzo(a,h)antracene, benzo(a)pyrene, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, dibenzo(a,i)pyrene and dibenzo(a,h)pyrene) by means of the method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection and for analysis of seven congeners PCB (number 28, 52, 101, 118, 138, 153, 180) by means of the method of gas cgromatography with clectron capture detection. The work involves validative characteristics of the method for all determinated substances and illustrated chromatograms.
