Measures destined for energy saving and its recovery are almost always linked either with changes of technological processes during beer production or new investments costs. A survey of possibilities is given with respect to energy saving during wort boiling as well as some restrictions resulting from various constructions of a copper, technological principals and physical law. Possibilities of the external and internal wort boiler vapour utilization and advantages of their comprimation are discussed. Mentioned is also a block power station and production of own electrical current.(In Czech, English summary only)

Characterization is given of he individual stages in the process of commodity chapters´ formation related to Foodstuffs Act's Implementary Decree under the iplementary title Foodstuffs Codex. The most striking difference from he current practise of obligatory norms lies in substantial reduction of prescribed /physicchemica obligatory indexes to most important requirements of the "common interest", first of all in respect of healthy pure nature. Exception in this respect is to be found at beverages with specification of physical and chemical water's characteristics.
