    Kvasny Prum. 1995; 41(9): 265-269 | DOI: 10.18832/kp1995016

Method is described for biogenic amines assessment in beer, outgoing from isocratic HPLC N-substituted benzamides separation. Yields gained from applied matrix extraction method attained at Putrescin 95,4 %, Cadaverine 89,5 %, Tryptamine 101,8 %, Histamine 88,7 % and Tyramine 93,2 %. The method is considered as rapid, sufficiently sensitive and is significant by good assessment repeatability.(In Czech, English summary only)

    E. DANDAROVA, P. GABRIEL, M. DIENSTBIER, P. SLADKÝ, L. ČERNÝ

    Kvasny Prum. 1995; 41(9): 269-274 | DOI: 10.18832/kp1995017

Short survey of currently most used methods, their accuracy, advantages and drawbacks. It was found that traditionally used methods such as distilling and refractometric ones are timely demanding, require experience and could be performed only in laboratory conditions. At modern automatic analysers, f.i. PAAR and SCARA are these disadvantages removed (they are rapid and easy in operation). Disadvantage can be seen in their high price. Near-infrared spectroscopy is a relatively new method with expectation to future.(In Czech, English summary only)
