Research into the value of malting barley varieties in PolandNot peer-reviewed article

The presented results from the research into the value of malting barley varieties grown in Poland indicate permanent positive changes of the studied varieties which are available for Polish agriculture. At the same time the experiments showed the existing possibility for further improvement of economic values of varieties and technological properties of barley for storage. The method for the evaluation and selection of the varieties included in the experiment can be considered proper as it enabled to exclude the varieties less suitable and to determine the new varieties with better characters.
