Taking as a basic general theses of the theory of cognition the author maintains that sensual, i.e. organoleptic, methods must be strictly divide into two categories, i.e. objective methods and subjective ones. If they are mingled the conclusions derived from them are generally distorted and practically worthless. The results of both methods should be presented graphically, which would provide a base for a correct evaluation of such products as e.g. beer.(In Czech, English summary only)
