For biomass production optimalization of microscopic algae on sloped area in outdoor cultivation units, two criteria are analyzed: minimalization of operational costs necessary for suspension pumping and algae separation in relation to mass unit of produced biomass (I) and to profit obtained from the sale of algae biomass related to cultivation area unit (II). For the purpose of process optimalization, the authors recommend the criterion II, because the criterion I demonstrates a small sensitivity to changes influencing algae productivity.(In Czech, English summary only)
