Practical experience obtained during use of the dynamic model of beer flow pasteurization unit control, based on continuous change of flow rate and temperature dependent on beer level variation in bright beer tank. The given solution makes the pasteur unit operation smoother, decreases investment costs necessary for additional cooling section and reduces bright beer tank size. The solution enables at the same time saving of the electric power consumption, CO2 and cooling medium exlusion necessary for additional cooling section used for beer circulation.(In Czech, English summary only)
