The rectification of spirit.Peer-reviewed article

The article is a continuation of former report (Kvasný průmysl 2, 225) treating the theoretical dependences occuring in spirit raffination, which are derived from fundamental physico-chemical data. According to the general formulas it is possible to calculate the raffination parameters for devices of common use. Several diagrams and schemes concerning the above mentioned dependences are added.
