Glass apparatus for determining volatile acids in wine, musts and spirits.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with a new glass apparatus, which has been recently developed for testing wine, musts and spirits and determining the content of volatile acids. The main feature of the apparatus is its simplicity. It can be easily assembled from standard laboratory elements and again disassembled. Standardized ground-in connections are used throughout. The apparatus can serve for laboratory as well as for routine analysis at manufacturing plants.
