Modern machinery and equipment for large capacity breweries.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with the present manufacturing program of the ZVÚ Works at Hradec Králové, as well as with the development program covering new machines, plants and complete, modern breweries. The works supply up-to-date malt crushing plants, equipment for brewhouses, fermenting cellars, filtration stations etc. Modern installations bring economic advantages ensuring lower production costs and high quality of the final product. Specific capital investments related to the productivity of new equipment are low, much energy, raw materials and water can be saved and personnel reduced.
