The possibility of the use of un-standard brad as a sole carbon source for amylases production by Aspergilus niger IV-123 was examined. The activity of a-amylase and total amylolytic activity were measured. We found that brown and white bread with the supplement of corn-steep liquor (2,5 g . L-1) is a suitable carbon source, because the amylases activity is practically the same as in control.
