Analysis of control of fermentation processes. Measuring methods and instruments.Peer-reviewed article

A review about probes using for measuring and control of fermentation processes of present is made. This review was completed with the computer aided literature search on this topic. From the article, it can be seen the present state of art in the development of the measuring techniques and the construction of instruments for biotechnological applications.
