Brewing raw-materials from the standpoint of Mycology.Peer-reviewed article

The results of monitoring of the mycoflora of brewing raw-materia1s from crops of 1985 to 1988 with respect to the isolation and identification of strains that could be potential producers of mycotoxins are described. Some recommendations resulting in the minimization of the occurence of micromycetes in raw-materials for brewing are discussed.
