Washing and disinfectant agents Evaluation.Peer-reviewed article

Washing and disinfectant agent application posessing most convenient properties for defined conditions is a necessary prerequisite how to attain a higher degree of beer shelf-life. Products of this variety are abound in large quantities and therefore it appears necessary to perform their evaluation. A range of criteria is being assessed for this purpose (washing effect, pH-value, titrimetric acidity, surface tension, complexation ability, conductivity, foaminess, rinsing ability, COD, corrosivity and microbicidal effectivity). The article outlines practical examples of two agents evaluation - alkali and heavy acid ones.
