Yield in yeast factories.Peer-reviewed article
V. JONÁŠ
Kvasny Prum. 1955; 1(2): 26-29 | DOI: 10.18832/kp1955006
Calculation of yield in yeast factories and distilleries based on the content of polarization saccharides in molasses is not sufficient. Besides molasses, the yield is also affected by other organic substances contained in molasses (e.g. other saccharides, amino acids) affecting yeast growth and development and thus yeast material formation.(In Czech, English summary only)
Sterilazation of sediment wort.Peer-reviewed article
V. VLČEK
Kvasny Prum. 1955; 1(2): 30-31 | DOI: 10.18832/kp1955007
Scheme of obtaining sterile sediment wort. Sparging of sludge can be estimated according to the color of sediment wort.(In Czech, English summary only)
