The authors evaluated the method of stabilization of beer by the above mentioned methods basing upon the results of their own investigations. The conditions of usual filtration as well as filtration under sterility are described. The authors compare the method of filtration under sterility with flow pasteurization. According to their investigation concerning sterilization of bottles by means of sulphur dioxide they came to conclusion, that the filling under sterilization cannot be considered as a presentation method. In the second part of this article the mechanical device for filling beer bottles and the properties of singular parts of link belt are...

The article contains several data concerning the devices of Thom-Kutal (Olomouc-Pavlovice) and Hroníček-Wister (®ilina), as well as the analogical polish device of Jachimovicz. Further the mechanical establishment of Hroníček-Wister is particularly described. In all cases wine and its mixtures with alcohol wort were used as fermentation substratum. The obtained results are arranged in a table, from which it is evident, that the best results were reached with the experimental device of Hroníček-Wister, for in this system the maximal effect in relatively shortest time was obtained. The results of experimental production are also very instructive.(In...
