The new cleaning procedure utilizing the vacuum process with a lower energy consumption and higher cleaning effect is described. This procedure permits the utilization of same preparates that increase the cleaning effect as well as the automation of the procedure. Further advantage is on increasing service life of nonmetalic parts. The equipment for on application of the vacuum cleaning procedure of food hoses and kieselguhr filters is described. A possible cleaning of the bottle filer by this procedure is discussed.(In Czech, English summary only)

Ansons' (Kunitz),Delftand Srinivasans' methods for measurement of activity of neutral and alkaline proteinase of Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus subtilis were compared. The relationships between enzyme units estimated by these methods were determined.(In Czech, English summary only)
