Equipments manufactured in ZVU for a receipt of malt and crushing in breweries are described. The main apparatuses in crushing hall are malt crushers. The crushers of the line 4 VM, 6 VM and 6 VAM are on the production programme. The factory manufactures other apparatuses as well: dosers, cleaning mashines, storage tanks and transport equipments. The parameters of these equipments permit a variable solution of crushing halls.(In Czech, English summary only)

The production programme regarding to brewing houses of ZVU Hradec Králové is escribed. An analysis and a description of the equipments for mashing, clarifying, wort brewing (NDKsystem, built-in boiler), transport of young beer, refrigeration and spent grains treatment are made. The construction of conical fermenting vessels including the type of cooling, the cleaning procedure and the equipment with valves and fittings are described. The conical FV manufactured in ZVU using new technology and equipped with fittings and isolation of the firms APV Rosista and KAEFER forms a new generation of tanks that can be compared with competitive products. Auxiliary equipments consisting of the cleaning system and the pure yeast culture plant forms together with the conical FVs an independent production plant.(In Czech, English summary only)
